Refund Policy

The goal is to provide the highest quality services. If the completed work is unsatisfactory, contact must be made within 7 days of service completion.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are considered only when there is a clear service failure or significant dissatisfaction that cannot be reasonably resolved.

  • Services partially completed or completed to specification are typically non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Submit name, service date, and reason for the request.

Resolution Process:

  • A service redo or partial refund may be offered depending on the issue.

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.

This policy does not affect any legal rights.
